One Bright Day
Today started with a 8:00am spin, and veered towards walnut street to lululemon! Congrads to my friend Sharon who got Ambassador! We stopped in for the grand opening, and was greeted warmly by two familiar faces who now work for the company as well
. I ended up getting a shirt, socks, and some underwear. The store just opened so they were still unboxing, and such.
When we finished looking at every inch of the store. We headed down to Whole Foods for grub! Grabbed some honey, some fresh Guacamole, and lunch which was veggie sushi, and a fresh baked roll which was kinda hard for my liking, but whatever
.

Later on I wanted to do sometime outside because it was soooo nice out. What to do though… I started playing with our old exercise ball and discovered that its very bouncy. This can only lead to one thing… Exercise Ball – Kick Ball!

LOL

Was fun for about 2 hours. No Kidding!

Then hunger struck. Whole Foods – Wild salmon, organic peas, and some-kinda lemon couscous.

Roll.

And… Crack… WF- Sundried tomatoes.

Long Time No C
HI readers! I took a long trip off the blog wagon, but i’m back!

Just a preview of the new stuff I ate for breakfast today. When I finished eating I took my bike outside, and decided to do a morning hill workout.

New Sobe bike jersey!
I did 1 hour of riding up a steep hill, and riding down the hill for recovery. I repeated going up and down for an hour. However about 20 minutes into riding it was pouring rain! At 40 minutes I started riding home, but held off, 40 minutes in and i’m bagging?! I stayed, and road up and down the hill in the rain for 20 more minutes to reach my 60 minute goal. People living on the hill were watching me going up and down, probably thinking i’m crazy. HA! Not crazy, determined.
- Workout Of The Week.
Get on your bike and find a steep hill in your area. Go up the hill, and back down for recovery. Repeat as many times as you like. A great hill workout is always something that you should have in your training.
